**Overall Good condition except several of the stars have some of the fabric worn off & 1 small hole in the hat - see last few pics for close-ups

Approximate Measurements:
the rim to the top of the hat - 10.5”
the top of the hat is 7.5 ”wide & deep
inside rim that goes on the head is about 8 “ wide
