Photo #6 tiny chip where mug meets saucer.Seems to be a coating on the outside of the mug like a clear coat . This could be a product that was made for the flower shop or even by the Garden shop listed below and sold in their gift shop .I don't have enough information.This is adorable and it would be a decorative accent for your plant.
