Its brand new, I used it 1 day only & decided to get an air vent clip one instead so I could have on left side of wheel where my dash is too round for the stand to airlock onto. The stand is super tough, clean bottom of it with a baby wipe or wet cloth & let it dry fully then put it in your car (it has a slight stick but then there is a big clamp that airlocks it in place & it won't go anywhere.
