No rips, snags, tears, holes, stains. No fraying. Pet-free, smoke-free. Snaps, zipper, button, all function as they should and function well. Some discoloration near the button atop the fly, some discoloration near the hand pocket entries (see photos). Have not been worn in many years. Been resting stored for many years now.
