[Pokemon Plush Slowpoke Itabag/Backpack]- I bought this bag brand just-arrived, never got around to using it, so it's been kept stored away. But for some reason both the mouth window and the back window pocket have a cloudy film, not sure if it can be washed off. In pictures 10 and 11 I tried to show how cloudy they are, the photo card and doll being used are not included. Other than the windows the bag is in good condition.- There is no velcro or zipper to secure the pouch area for the mouth window.- The measurements are shown in picture 9.
